  All I was looking for was an admission that the tech that was sent to do the job, may have not been up to the task. A reasonable businessperson may have taken the time to verify the diagnosis when I questioned the tech's knowledge.Their resolution was to eventually discount the original billing.
  As it turned out, the tech's conclusion as to the reason why the landscape lights weren't working, attributing it to a faulty piece of equipment turned out to be incorrect I ordered a new part and since I was not getting cooperation from Total called in a new electrician. As I had surmised the fault was not in the equipment but due to several areas of electrical lines that had been inadvertently cut by the landscapers. Unfortunate that I incurred all of this additional expense when a return visit by Total when I questioned the tech's ability possibly could have avoided the unnecessary extra cost. When I did get back in touch with Total to make them aware of the outcome, I didn't receive as much as an acknowledgement or even apology ;found this whole episode very disappointing!!

  Gerry came to my house to replace a fan in my bedroom. He was super friendly and very organized. He was meticulous with his cleanup and made sure I knew how the fan remote worked before he left. Highly recommend.
